More Details
The Clear-Com LQ Series is an intercom connectivity solution that integrates various audio systems over IP networks, enabling remote connections, expanding intercom channels, and supporting SIP/VoIP telephony integration. It serves as a hub, linking diverse communication setups — 2-wire, 4-wire, LAN, WAN, and IP connections — empowering up to 8 SIP lines, 24 Agent-IC and Station-IC clients, and facilitating smooth interconnectivity between Clear-Com, RTS, Eclipse, and HelixNet systems.
At its core, the LQ IP interfaces serve as the nexus for amalgamating 2-wire partyline, 4-wire, or 4-wire with GPIO audio over LAN, WAN, or Internet IP infrastructures. Its compact yet versatile design is manifested in the array of options available—be it the compact LQ boxes or the rack-mounted LQ-R panels, offered in 2-, 4-, or 8-port variants. The partyline ports, compatible with Clear-Com and RTS, facilitate the creation of two standalone partyline intercom circuits, underscoring the adaptability of this system.
The LQ Series seamlessly integrates with Eclipse HX and HelixNet systems. It forges connections with Eclipse HX frames via the IVC-32-HX Interface Card, leveraging the G.722 codec over LAN, WAN, and Internet IP networks. Simultaneously, its compatibility with the HLI-ET2 module allows seamless integration with HelixNet main stations, expanding the audio input and output options for the HelixNet system.
Expand Intercom Access to Remote Locations
With Station-IC and Agent-IC, this system enables the allocation of all (24) system channels to Virtual Desktop Clients and Mobile App Clients, facilitating remote connections over wired Ethernet, WiFi, or 3G/4G/LTE networks, thereby ensuring communication flexibility irrespective of location.
Its integration with SIP or VoIP telephony networks, supporting up to eight bi-directional lines per LQ device, opens up avenues for seamless communication across diverse platforms. Whether it's the intelligent connections back to an Eclipse-HX matrix or panel/speed dialing to VoIP numbers or URLs, the LQ Series stands as a bridge between different communication modes.
