Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer rental shipping and staffed solutions worldwide.

Can I organize shipping through my own organization?

Yes, we accept shipping slips through your company.

What is the minimum rental period?

There is a 2-day minimum for all equipment rentals.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes, we try to accommodate extension requests, as long as the equipment is not booked by other customers.

How am I charged for data used during the rental period?

We do not charge for pre-agreed data packages. Pay only for the data that you have actually used, unless by exclusive arrangement.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, all rented equipment should be insured. You can

  • provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI)
  • let us arrange temporary insurance for you

In lieu of a customer's COI, we accept a credit card pre-authorization for the amount of the manufacturers' suggested retail price (MSRP).

Do you accept Resale Certificates for sales tax?

Yes, if you are a Tax Exempt Organization or have a Resale Certificate for the states of New York or New Jersey, we do not charge sales tax.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred system for domestic payments is ACH. We also accept wires, physical checks, Zelle, or credit card.
